چکیده
This study assesses the effects of Azotobacter biopriming on early development sugar beet. chroococcum F8/2 was screened for plant growth promoting characteristics and were estimated through germination parameters structural changes root tissues. A. characterized as a contributor to nitrogen, iron, potassium availability, well producer auxin 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxilic acid deaminase. Applied had reduced mean time by 34.44% increased vigor I 90.99% compared control. Volatile blend comprised 47.67% ethanol, 32.01% 2-methyl-propanol, 17.32% 3-methyl-1-butanol, trace 2,3-butanedione. Root micromorphological analysis bioprimed beet revealed considerable increase in primary, secondary xylem area, vessels size. Obtained results determine successful agent, active participant nutrient availability hormonal status modulation affecting vascular tissue.

Sugar beet (Beta vulgaris L.).
Creating transgenic plants is invaluable for the genetic analysis of sugar beet and will be increasingly important as sugar beet genomic technologies progress. A protocol for Agrobacterium-mediated transformation of sugar beet is described in this chapter. Our protocol is optimized for a sugar beet genotype that performs exceptionally well in tissue culture, including the steps of dedifferentia...
متن کاملA morphogenetic crop model for sugar-beet
This paper is the instructions for the proceeding of the International Symposium on Crop. Sugar beet crop models have rarely taken into account the morphogenetic process generating plant architecture despite the fact that plant architectural plasticity plays a key role during growth, especially under stress conditions. The objective of this paper is to develop this approach by applying the Gree...
متن کاملSugar transport in conducting elements of sugar beet leaves.
Autoradiography was used to determine the distribution of labeled sugar in conducting elements of the blade and petiole of sugar beet leaves at intervals ranging from 5 sec to 24 hr. The processes of assimilation by the green cells, collection of sugar in the minor veins and export in phloem elements were demonstrated visually. It appears that in minor veins sugar is translocated in companion c...

The story of the rise of sugar production to meet an ever-increasing demand is a romance of agriculture and chemistry. The accomplishments of the plant breeder and the chemical engineer in making th...
متن کاملOMICS Technologies and Applications in Sugar Beet
Sugar beet is a species of the Chenopodiaceae family. It is an important sugar crop that supplies approximately 35% of the sugar in the world. Sugar beet M14 line is a unique germplasm that contains genetic materials from Beta vulgaris L. and Beta corolliflora Zoss. And exhibits tolerance to salt stress. In this review, we have summarized OMICS technologies and applications in sugar beet includ...
